This initiative is designed to support innovative, early-stage projects that advance responsible AI in the electronics sector — bridging the gap between academia and industry through meaningful collaboration.

Available Funding
- Up to £50,000 per project
- APRIL will fund 80% of the Full Economic Cost (FEC), which equates to a maximum of £40,000 per project
- The remaining 20% should be covered by the applicant institution or through additional funding sources
- Funds will be released upon successful completion of the project and submission of a final report
Second Call Key Dates
- Applications Open: Thursday, 1st May 2025 (10am)
- Submission Deadline: Monday, 30th June 2025 (12pm)
- Project Duration: 6 to 18 months
